Not sure how long this has been there but I just noticed it in 12.4T:
Router#show ip sockets
Proto Remote Port Local Port In Out Stat TTY OutputIF

For those who’re wondering what a router listens to by default, it’s dhcp. To turn it off issue the following command:
no service dhcp
